Responsibilities

Richard W. Snodgrass is a Consulting Principal for NexGen Capital Advisors, LLC, NexGen Capital Consultants, LLC and NexGen Capital Investors, LLC (collectively, NexGen Affiliates).  He is also a principal of NexGen Capital Partners, LLC, the parent of the NexGen Affiliates, and is responsible for assisting with due diligence of Small Business Investment Companies.

Experience

Mr. Snodgrass has more than 25 years of experience in financial leadership with small, medium and large companies.  His executive operating roles cut across the sectors of technology, professional services, travel and manufacturing.  Mr. Snodgrass has worked with early stage companies and private equity firms on projects involving due diligence, business strategy, financial modeling and forecasting.

Education

Mr. Snodgrass received a BS degree in accounting from Northern Illinois University and an MBA degree in finance and marketing from Northwestern University.

Certifications

Mr. Snodgrass is a Registered Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois.
